Pakistan’s Ansari and Shah Films and Turkey’s Akli Films have recently signed a contract to jointly produce a TV series for the Muslim general. The leading media companies of the two countries have announced plans to co-produce a television series. The series will be based on revered Muslim general Salahuddin al-Ayubi.
In an Instagram post Adnan Siddiqui said ‘Taking our commitment to strengthen ties with Turkey further, we embark on a new chapter of this friendship that, we hope, would lead to an exchange of fabulous ideas and talent. It’s a win-win for our industries and our audience who should look forward to some good content coming their way.‘

He continued “The new venture has also got on board yours truly and Humayun Saeed as an extended arm, which means both of us will be taking care of all the pre, on-going and post-production activities of this collaboration,” the Meray Pass Tum Ho star continued, adding, “For the uninitiated, Tekdin Films is the name behind the blockbuster Diriliş: Ertuğrul.”
Adnan concluded, saying, “I have always believed that art should be free from the shackles of international and geopolitical boundaries. This is my small step towards that.’
